Open the doors to an authentic setting where the taste of Provence is king, the common thread running through Chef Simon GONNIN's generous and colourful seasonal cuisine. A three-course menu that changes with the day and his inspiration, to be enjoyed in the intimacy of our emblematic vaulted stone dining room or when the fine weather returns, lulled by the song of the cicadas in the shade of the umbrella pine and fig tree.
