Discover the beauty of Provence in this former 17th century oil mill transformed into a hotel in the 19th century. This old inn was one of the jewels in the crown of Provençal hotels, an institution in the Alpilles.
Since 2015, the owners Audrey & Christophe Chalvidal have been reviving the soul of this place full of history, for a stay where each guest feels at home.

In our human-sized hotel in the heart of Fontvieille, each of our 23 rooms is named after a flower or a herb from the region.
Intimate, spacious and bright, they are revealed in the warm gloom of our corridors. The timeless elegance of the furniture in aged mango wood, the play of materials in the textiles and the warm floor... There is a character and a charm here that has no equal.
The curvaceous décor, the antique furniture reminiscent of Provençal traditions and the contemporary touches blend together to offer you a unique experience, with each room having its own unique atmosphere, in harmony with the superb landscapes of Provence. Some even have a private terrace on the roofs or a private solarium... Unforgettable.
Restaurant
Mistral Blanc
At the Mistral Blanc gourmet restaurant, our Chef invites you to sample fresh, seasonal cuisine in the colours of Provence. The menu, which changes with the day and the Chef's inspiration, can be enjoyed lulled by the song of the cicadas in the shade of the umbrella pine or in the superb vaulted room of this 17th century oil mill. Our restaurant is open every evening from Monday to Saturday from 1 May to 30 October and from Monday to Saturday in July and August.

Excellent meal in the evening, fine food. We only regret that there is not more choice in the wine taken by the glass.
